Saturated light does not have to be the exclusive property of art or sunsets.  I have driven this stretch of road in the Tahoe National Forest many times and always thought it very ordinary.  But it was briefly transformed by this sunset, reminding me that the light in which we view our common settings and circumstances can make them less or more attractive.
